In the Netherlands and in Belgium there are active PRO-GEN user groups, which have started a help-desk.
In the Netherlands it is the vereniging PRO-GEN gebruikersgroep. In Belgium there are more regional groups.
During the evening from 19.00 to 21.00 (European time) you can contact the PRO-GEN authors by telephone. The authors can also be reached via Internet e-mail: support@pro-gen.nl
When a new major version is released all registered user receive a mailing, with the possibility to update the software for a reasonable fee. New minor releases and patches will be available on Internet.
